Absolutely wonderful! I have permanent tinnitus and needed ear protection quickly for live work after a few years away from the stage. I was able to get an appointment almost right away, and the meeting and hearing test were great. I was told it would take a week to get the protection, but I got it in two days. I can't say enough good things about them.

Overall, I had a positive time here. Jills was extremely cordial, and competent. I scheduled an appointment because my left ear was clogged, but she also carefully cleared out my right ear, which had some buildup. Online  appointment scheduling was also a breeze. Would strongly endorse their services:)

I took my mom here for hearing aids, the price was almost £1000 less than another hearing center. Service great, everyone is very kind. My mom has dementia. Hearing aid delivery, fit, and support was everything we needed. 100% recommend.

I'm an experienced hearing aid user. I chose Tragus as I was tired of being ripped off and had heard of their promising prices. I am was pleasantly surprised as I was able to get lumity aids for much less than I've been quoted elsewhere, and Jills was brilliant with his services, but I had never seen such in-depth testing before. I'm glad I made the decision to come here.

My family and I decided that it was time to seek help for my misophonia, which I had been dealing with since childhood without knowing what it was called and which had become increasingly difficult to manage. Working with Jills helped me learn more about my condition and gave me the tools I needed to better deal with my triggers, which made my symptoms and overall anxiety go down. Before, it was hard for me to take public transportation, sit in exam rooms, or sit at a dinner table without feeling uncomfortable misophonia symptoms. Now, I can go into these situations with more confidence that I can handle my symptoms in a healthy way. CBT has given me much more confidence and assurance, and although some days are still challenging, I am able to go about my daily life without misophonia looming over me.

For my hyperacusis, Jills gave me CBT, and the techniques he taught me have helped me make a lot of progress. I feel that my condition is significantly more manageable, and I anticipate that it will continue to improve as I continue to practise and implement these techniques. Jills knows a lot about these subjects, explains everything in great detail, and does a great job of keeping my mind on the path to recovery. Highly suggested!

Explanation

After being diagnosed with tinnitus and hyperacusis in December, I discovered Jills in January 22 and began therapy sessions. Having the opportunity to ask 121 questions during my most anxious times provided me with much-needed comfort in knowing that Jills has helped so many other people. Jills is friendly and knows a lot. He has given me hope that I can get better, which I am working on with my new CBT skills.

Explanation

In April 2022, when I suddenly developed tinnitus, I felt completely derailed. Without medication, I couldn't keep doing my job as a journalist. I also often felt very upset and out of control, was tired from taking care of my two young children, and stopped sleeping. After determining that my tinnitus was likely caused by genetic hearing loss at the age of 49, my ENT specialist referred me to Jills . I have made substantial progress through his CBT sessions. Jills is an empathic yet firm therapist, and he has ingenious ways of making you realise that tinnitus is only a small part of your life and experience, and that it does not need to consume you. Accepting tinnitus as part of my life has been much less stressful than trying to fight it all the time. I am once again able to concentrate on my work, enjoy my family and friends, and find it much simpler to relax. I would recommend his programme to anyone who has experienced a traumatic reaction to this frequently very perplexing disorder.
