Stephanie was very thorough and even took a photo of the decay on my wisdom teeth with her camera to show me. There is a real sense of transparency to all the treatment she proposed and I was given plenty of time to think about the options. Never felt pressured or rushed at all, which is so refreshing. I completely trust her dental skills and professional judgement, wholeheartedly recommending Stephanie to anyone looking for a caring, patient and trustworthy dentist.

I had a filling and part of my tooth fall off last week and I was expecting to hear that I would need to have an extraction. Dr Yeung was so lovely and friendly. She came to reception to get me herself and apologised for keeping me waiting as she was running a little late. She made sure she knew my history before checking my tooth and advising me on what she recommended. She checked that I was fully ok with everything before proceeding. The treatment I had was painless and she was gentle and reassuring throughout. I didn’t need an extraction which was nice to hear. She was also really nice to the dental nurse working alongside her which was refreshing. Overall I had a very good experience and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

I am extreme dentophobic, but Dr. Yeung help me overcome the fear and explain about the procedure before and after. I felt very safe and sound. Never have I ever felt so confident walking back to the dentist. Thank you for listening to my needs and being so gentle with my dreadful mouth.

Considering the circumstances and that my daughter has had four teeth extracted over a period of two weeks, I must admit that I was very impressed with Dr Yeung's approach to my daughter. Top class. I received superb treatment from Stephanie today. I went in scared as a baby, needing an infected molar taken out. It's been a long time coming as my other referral to a specialist kept being pushed back because of this pesky pandemic. Stephanie was a right trooper and gave the extraction a go, I am now so happy that I've finally said goodbye to that rotten tooth. She took the greatest of care and I felt very comfortable the entire time. Totally pain free injection, she even predicted when the tooth top would crack. Cool as a cucumber she divided up the rest of the tooth that was still in the gum and got these out no problem. I was informed of what was happening all the way through. In very safe hands, my gratitude to you Stephanie!

I cannot praise Stephanie highly enough - she is wonderful! I am a nervous patient and I suffer from vertigo. Before the treatment, Stephanie discussed with me to ensure I was comfortable with being reclined and explained we could stop if at any time I felt uncomfortable. The treatment was painless and my teeth feel amazing now. I asked a lot of questions and Stephanie was very patient, helpful, and friendly. She demonstrated how to brush correctly and helped explain and show me how to use the TePe interdental brushes - something I was nervous about getting right. I am so lucky to have Stephanie taking care of my teeth - thank you!

Dr. Ji-Yun Stephanie Yeung Was extremely professional and knowledgeable and made sure that I was completely informed throughout my appointments and treatment. Not only does she pay attention to detail to ensure that the treatment was the best possible but she also provided me with an explanation of treatment required and all my options. Amongst all the above traits her bedside manner was one of the best I have experienced and throughout the treatment process she ensured that I was informed of what was being done and that I was comfortable. Definitely a great addition and asset to the the practice.

Three months ago in my sleep I grounded my tooth and cracked it in half. I was so worried I would need to go into hospital and have it surgically removed because it’s got more infected and because it had split halfway up. There was only about a millimetre poking out from the gum but Steph was amazing and managed to do it for me today. I am just so happy to not be in pain anymore and to be able to eat what I like. Thank you Steph very much once again!!
