Jason was very good at explaining what was going to happen with the operation also during the operation making sure I was ok.Also on the follow up appointment very informative.

Cataract surgery Janurary 2022. During our first appointment Mr Jason Ho conducted a thorough examination of my eyes and suggested several options, giving me all the pros and cons which allowed me to make an informed decision on my cataract surgery. The consultation was very professional and relaxed at the time. I trusted him from the get go. All my questions were answered and I felt reassured I had made the best choice for me. I choose to have a standard lens, rather than a multifocal one, and I chose to have both eyes treated on the same day. There was absolutely no pressure on choosing the most expensive option at all. I felt in complete confidence. Having surgery in both eyes in succession under local anaesthetic can be daunting. Mr Ho told me I could change my mind after the first eye had been treated. On the day, Mr Ho was very reassuring and kept talking to me throughout to check how I was and informing me of the progress. He stayed very attentive to my mood throughout and could see I was getting unsettled. So after my right eye was done, Mr Ho asked me if I wanted to go ahead or do the left eye another day. That made me feel better right away, feeling I was in control of what was happening after all. I decided to go ahead, thinking of the benefits of the surgery being done once and for all. I felt reassured that I could change my mind at any time, but I did not need to. There was no pain at all during or after surgery and my vision has never been better. Thank you Mr Ho!

I visited Jason after my optician noted that I needed YAG Laser Capsulotomy as I had developed a fuzziness in my left eye. I had my cataract surgery in 2019 and apparently it is not uncommon to experience such a problem after a time. I was initially concerned about what that entailed but Jason quickly put me at ease, explaining it is a very simple, pain free procedure. He was very friendly and polite throughout. I had my left eye treated within a week and the improvement was amazing. I then realised that my right eye was not as good as my treated left eye so I had that one treated a week later. Jason was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend his services.

Jason Ho was very clear from the start explaining the operation that was required and how it would be preformed. Although it looked as if the earliest date available would be in January 2022 but I asked if there were any cancellations if he could fit me in before Christmas which he did . He has also been in touch to see if I was okay after the operation and seen me again for a consultation. It has been a good experience and if my other eye needs to have an operation I would defiantly be asking for him. Richard

I went to Jason Ho for a laser operation on my eye. Jason is most efficient and professional yet retains a sympathetic and supportive manner. Before the operation he explained the treatment options clearly, patiently and in detail. He carried out the operation promptly and painstakingly and afterwards always made himself available to address my (groundless) concerns. I cannot recommend Jason Ho too highly.

Excellent explanation of the surgery process. All the relevant questions were answered for my satisfaction as I was scared to go through the surgery. I was worried but the surgery was very smooth and painless. Yes, 5 days keeping my neck down was the hardest part but I did it for a excellent result.
