Dr Basrai was always so willing and able to answer any questions and concerns I had, he was also very accommodating to my busy schedule and even once sacrificed his lunchtime to ensure I got an appointment before my flight. Could not have asked for a better dentist.

Dr Basrai is a extremely friendly dentist, he takes a keen interest in his patients and really listens to what you are saying. He explained the treatment to me well and I felt very much at ease. During the treatment he checked on me a number of times to make sure I was doing ok. He also took the time to ensure I was happy and comfortable with my filling, which he continued to adjust until I was completely happy. Overall I would highly recommend Dr Basrai.

Dave always puts me at ease before the consultation even for routine check ups. He makes time to explain exactly what he is going to do, why and discusses options. Any treatment plan is discussed thoroughly and I no longer feel nervous of going to the dentist, even when I needed root canal.

He is always kind and explains everything well and it’s a pleasure to have my care done with him
