I was put at ease from the outset with a warm and personable greeting, my forename being used as the means of address. Although there appeared to be difficulty in locating the relevant surgical paperwork, the outcome of the operation was carefully assessed and its results reassuringly conveyed. My questions were answered in positive detail. Importantly, I left feeling secure in health and in good spirits.

A clear and straightforward consultation. Dr Ansari was patient and attentive whilst I described my symptoms and then completed an ultrasound examination of my heart.
