I have suffered from anxiety, anger management issues and overall poor mental health since I was a teenager. Over the years I have been able to control this through unhealthy self medication and prescription pills, which worked for a certain amount of time until I realised I probably needed to see someone to work out the core issues I have. Liz has been absolutely incredible throughout the sessions we have had. She is encouraging, understanding, non judgemental and honest. She helped me find out the fears that drive me and taught me mechanisms to use when I am suffering from any sorts of negative feelings. I, alongside people around me, can see a huge difference in my behaviour and approach to everyday life. I can’t thank Liz enough for how much she has been able to help me through over such a short space of time. I would highly recommend her to absolutely anyone who needs help with their mental state. She’s indisputably an expert in her field and extremely qualified as a psychologist.
