Top feedback

“In my expereince Dominic is an excellent person to work with. He's friendly. compassionate and approachable as well as deeply wise and intuitive. I've worked with therapists before but he's the first one I've felt I can be totally honest with. It might sound strange but that's the deepest compliment. I trust him enough to actually explore the problems I came to therapy to explore. I have no hesitation in recommending working with him. “

I've bounced between therapists for several years now and in Dominic I've found what I've been looking for. For me therapy should be just as much developmental as it is cathartic. I feel challenged, intellectually stimulated, and extremely well supported. Like any good therapist, I've built a relationship with Dominic that means I'm sharing events, memories and thoughts that I've not previously expressed to anyone - and that is testament to his ability to create a safe space, build trust, and listen with intent.

My experience has been challenging but I would not need help if it wasn't, I have found a lot of focus on explaining and understanding which I find really helpful. At the moment all my therapy is by using video conferencing which at times is not ideal but I feel it is better than waiting. I am pleased that I decided to get help and I am finding it helpful
