Friendly, informed and non judgemental service. Dr Cottrell made me feel at ease and helped e to relax. Probably the best experience I’ve had with a gp in the UK

Brilliant service. Dr Cottells advice was very clear and made me feel at ease. Used it for travel immunization and lab test which came back super quickly. Now that I know this service exists I will definitely be using Dr Cottell again and instead of my usual GP!

Dr Cottrell has been my GP for nearly 2 years. I have only recently got to know that he offers STD testing as part of his GP service as well. As a gay man I do get myself tested regularly and have now done so for the first time with Dr Cottrell. Compared to other tests I had done before, this was definitely the most comprehensive one. Dr Cottrell explained different aspects of the tests in detail wherever I had questions. I did not feel rushed at any time and got all the information I was looking for. I received most of my results the same day and had all of them the day after the test. Again, Dr Cottrell was in no rush and talked me through the results over the phone. I also got access to the full report with all the results at the same time. What I liked most compared to any other sexual health clinics I visited before, was that the test was conducted in a safe and private environment. No other patients around, just your GP and yourself.

Dr Wayne Cottrell, was awesome. No one ever likes going to the Dr, but Dr Cottrell made me feel at ease and explained everything in detail. Great, quick service with e-mail confirmations and persoanlised calls. Would highly recommend.

I have seen Wayne for the last 4 years. He has been attentive, empathic and always cheerful. I wouldn't see anyone else now. His compassionate manner makes you feel at ease. He's a lovely person too which tends to help in a gp visit.
