Apart from her obvious professional excellence and efficiency,, Dr Swale is exceptional in the rapport she manages to establish with her patients. I have always appreciated her accessibility and involvement. My last (urgent) consultation resulted in a surgical procedure being organised and executed on the very same day.

Dr Swale was very pleasant during my appointment. She gave me a full examination even though the GP only highlighted 1 area for her to check. When we found 2 more areas of concern she fully explained what her diagnosis was and gave me a full explanation of what would happen and the support I could have in the department if she was not available. I was very happy with this as sometimes being a staff member you expect more but I could not have asked for anything more than she gave me during this visit. I was deep down very worried but Dr Swale put my mind at rest.

I first met Dr Swale in early 2013 being referred to her for a consultation relating to potential skin cancer. Within 30 minutes I was undergoing the removal of a suspicious mole. The mole turned out to be a Melonoma in Situ which had in fact been totally removed during that initial visit. Follow up treatment and regular check ups over the years have continued. As a busy working Mum that is the sort of decisive decision making I was looking for. Needless to say my family and I are forever in her debt and hold her in our highest esteem.
