Dr Sundip Patel was most thorough as he sought to understand the basis of my breathlessness, discussed the options that he saw, explained the background to his conclusions, and fully engaged with my questions. His openness created real confidence in the steps being taken and decisions reached. He was most helpful during the process ensuring I knew what was about to happen and how the procedure was progressing. And the outcome is proving excellent, with remarkably few aches, all gone within 48 hours, and a very neat wound.
