Dr. Nijjer is simply the best! He is sympathetic, caring and will do anything beyond hours to answer my queries. My experience with Dr Nijjer has been an incredibly positive one. Following the loss of a close family member, I was able to engage with Dr Nijjer through my healthcare fund after a referral from my GP and the recommendation of a friend within the industry but not associated with the Dr With an upcoming long-distance overseas trip, Dr Nijjer was able to provide video consulting and diagnostic services at short notice and a speedy response along with a prescription for medication that eased my symptoms short term until and further examination and possible treatment could be undertaken. Due to the severity of my condition, I deferred the trip, and Dr Nijjer was able to organise and undertake the procedure within a week of the original diagnosis. The procedure confirmed that surgical intervention was required, and Dr Nijjer was able to help recommend the team for the task, which was organised for the following week. At all times, Dr Nijjer was very professional, engaging and caring. He took time to understand my circumstances and advised in clear terms the prognosis and options for the following steps that my partner and I could understand. He has been very supportive and engaged with the team that performed my surgery to ensure they had all the diagnostic information required. He ensured the information was available to me and my GP so ongoing treatment and updates to my medication could be put in place. I will always be grateful and cannot recommend Dr Nijjer highly enough.
