It would have been good to get a bit more information about what to expect next, when I'd roughly expect to see him, etc.

I was happy with the cosmetic injection practictioner I had used on a few occasions previously (and was recommended to me) so I was reluctant to try someone new. I am glad I did as the service and end result was fantastic. Everything was explained to me and I received a comprehensive consultation and was put at ease. The clinic is clean and welcoming. The procedure was quick and painless and the results look great. I’d recommend to anyone who is having coesmtic injectables for the first time or who is already a regular cosmetic injectable user.
