Dr Critchlow was very easy to talk to and gave clear advise on what was to happen next and her understanding of my condition so far.

Dr came across as experienced and knowledgeable. I went for a skin problem but Im now being referred as other symptoms suggestive of a potential bigger problem. while It's not what I wanted to hear the fact is that consultants that specialise can be a bit blinkered to their particular specialism - Dr Crichlow is clearly not one of those.

Dr Sharon Crichlow was really caring, she listened carefully to my situation and all the information I had to give about my problem. She meticulously followed the COVID security measures. She explained everything to me and was really clear giving me a treatment.
