It was great interaction with Dr. Bayele. She knew what she was talking about. Very experienced and very courteous. Dr. Bayele took her time and was very patient and explained each and everything calmly and professionally. She made us feel very comfortable and at ease.

I am a case manager and I referred a young client of mine for a neurological assessment and MRI scan. Dr Bayele was so very helpful from start to finish. She was kind, compassionate and child focused during the consultation and really put my client's parents minds at rest. She helped arrange the MRI scan at the Portland Hospital who were also excellent and made the procedure go ahead without any problems at all. Dr Bayele provided a comprehensive and detailed report and recommendations which are extremely useful. I highly recommend Dr Bayele and will be referring to her again for other clients in the future.

We highly recommend Dr Bayele. She is professional, responsive and has an excellent bedside manner. Our son felt very secure in his appointments because she engaged him and did not merely speak about him. We have dealt with many doctors over the years and Dr Bayele stands out for her promptness in dealing with questions and queries, going above and beyond our expectations. She also took very detailed notes during our first consultation and the level of detail in her medical reports is excellent.

Dr Bayele took time and great care to explain everything she was doing, and also what she was looking for during our son's assessment. It was extremely reassuring to meet her and understand the reasons for her diagnosis. She was just the right combination of caring and firm with our son, who can easily be distracted! And the way she engaged with him and us, really put us at our ease. Her report afterwards was extremely through and yet accessible. Would highly recommend.
