He had read my papers in advance of the consultation. Very clear and logical in his explanation. Friendly. Not pompous. I was re-assured by the consultation.

I had to chase for a results letter after my scan after being told by Dr Clifford that he would ring me. When the letter did arrive it was written in a way I had no idea what the result was. I spoke to his secretary who arranged a follow up call the next week.
