This was a life changing consultation for me. After literally years of trying to understand what was going on with my body, I was provided with a diagnosis and excellent follow up report, including recommendations for treatment that I can now take to my GP. Dr Brennan is warm, thoughtful, understanding and demonstrates great empathy for his patients. An excellent experience. I would also like to mention Jackie, Dr Brennan's secretary, who is an absolute delight to deal with.

Dr Brennan had a good caring manner and took all information on board. It was good to have a doctor that understood you and listened with care and empathy.

Dr Brennan has an excellent way of putting me at ease and I felt comfortable to speak opening in clinic with him. I felt reassured by his wealth of knowledge. I was slightly confused that there wasn't a full physical examination of joint movements and hEDS appeared very quickly dismissed. I understand that the further information I sent the clinic for Dr Brennan regarding other symptoms for myself and siblings was not reviewed as part of my assessment.

Dr Brennan was not only sympathetic, but asked lots of questions about my family history. He explained the process clearly and also answered all of my questions in the simplest of medical terms (for my benefit). He kept me updated at every stage and responded to my emails promptly.

Very simple and easy

Dr Brennan was kind and extremely thoughtful whilst talking to me about my diagnosis with EDS. Any questions I had, he was very happy to answer, and I felt like the entire time I was in great hands. Anybody with concerns about connective tissue disorders would do well to speak with Dr Brennan.

Dr Brennan was very quick to put me at ease at the beginning of our consultation which was greatly welcomed given how worried I had been. Dr Brennan went on to explain my genetic condition very clearly and in a way both my wife (who joined the consultation) and I could easily understand. He brought humour and a very warm approach which is an art, particularly when discussing an emotive subject and over a video conference. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Brennan was patient, kind and a great communicator. He explained things clearly, adding in the occasional input of humour, all of which put me at ease. This is not a small thing for me, as I have Asperger's / Autism and PTSD when dealing with doctors, so I get upset very easily. But Dr Brennan quickly built my trust and diagnosed me with hEDS. Thank you so much. Great doctor, who I intend to see again for follow up advice.

Extremely informative and very kind. Completely put me at ease and even kindly answered my partners questions. Positive towards you but also extremely sympathetic to the condition!
