Dr Joshi was lovely and calming - thanks so reassuring me and not laughing at how nervous I was ;-) He was also very quick - the whole procedure took less than half an hour, which I really appreciated with how nervous I was.

Always answers my questions professionally, no matter how odd or silly they may be. I feel at ease and safe under his care. I'd recommend him to anyone.
