Dr Balerdi went out of his way to explain my symptoms and what can be done to improve my health. He talked to me on my level of understanding of medical jargon & procedures which helped me to understand what he proposed to do to hopefully improve my health. He was very professional but friendly at the same time and this put me at my ease.
