Very happy with my treatment. Dr Das continues to be caring, understanding and explains treatment options/expected outcome clearly.

Dr Das is friendly and reassuring. I have had trouble addressing my IBS for a couple of years now and Dr Das seems to genuinely care, and has given me many different potential solutions that we are gradually working through.

Dr. Lisa Das was excellent during my visits at the hospital. She listened very carefully to what I was saying about my health and my symptoms and never rushed me and never gave me the feeling that I am taking too much of her time which I really liked and made me trust her judgment. She explained very carefully what test I need to do to obtain accurate diagnosis and was answering all my questions. Very importantly, she respects her patients, for example she asked me if I was happy with the plan unlike other consultants where they don't explain anything and they just give a list of things to do without asking the patients how they feel about it. She was really good and confident during the endoscopy, everything went well without any problems. I am glad that I have met Dr. Das to help me to find out what was wrong with my health and now I am following the treatment she suggested. I would definitly go to see her again if I have any further health problem within her field of expertise. Thank you for everything,

So incredibly helpful and thorough. Really takes her time, does not feel as though she is rushing through her appointments. Always makes herself available for contact outside of official appointments.

Dr Das made me feel at ease immediately. She listened well to my symptoms and arranged several tests which took place over the space of a week. I received a copy of a very detailed letter to my GP explaining my symptoms, her initial findings, the tests I've been booked in for and what they're looking for. I haven't received my results yet but I feel very confident that she's everything she can to find the cause of my symptoms. Obviously, I don't know the treatment plan and if it works, however up to now my experience has been very positive.
