I felt I was talking to a knowledgeable doctor and although we ended in somewhat of a mystery as to my illness his recommendations were thorough. I will follow them through.

I was very anxious before my virtual appointment with Dr. George, but early on in the consultation I felt relaxed and calm, thanks to the way he treated me. After every question he asked he gave me ample time to give a response. He didn't hurry me in any way, but rather made it clear that he was listening to me and not forming any opinions until I had fully explained everything I wanted to. He pitched his explanations at just the right level for me, leaving me feeling well informed, without feeling overwhelmed. I felt involved in the decisions about my health and that I had been given the information and the guidance to make informed decisions. I didn't ever feel that I was being unduly pressured.
