Dr Jyoti was a great clinician and I really valued working with her. I have PTSD and so asked for some special help with medical appointments which could be triggering. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and to welcome my friends/partner who came with me to appointments. She was respectful and encouraging and was good at portraying a positive perspective. I particularly valued her phone call shortly after a failed transfer which was much appreciated. Her bedside manner was excellent, but I would say occasionally she explained the process/drug program very quickly and I had to ask for clarification. However I would recommend her to friends without hesitation.

Dr Jyoti was informative, factual, open and approachable from our very first appointment. She took a holistic view of our situation and guided us through different treatment options. Always ensuring we understood the ‘why’ as well as the ‘what’ and ‘how’ and the pros and cons. She also offered and encouraged some alternative options to complement our treatment taking into account my autoimmune history. We felt supported and in incredibly capable hands. Dr Jyoti’s pragmatism and humor was very welcome during quite a stressful time in our lives.

Dr Taneja was extremely knowledgeable, thorough in her approach, compassionate and gave us a lot of confidence during the IVF process. After two failed embryo transfers with others, Dr Taneja stepped in with an extremely pragmatic, positive and evidence driven approach which led to our successful transfer & pregnancy. We came across Dr Jyoti during an open day at our private clinic, after two failed embryos transfers under NHS. From the very beginning it was clear that she was very invested in giving us the best chance to be successful. Dr Jyoti has a very calm and positive approach, whilst been very transparent, straightforward and clear on her guidance. I alway felt that my treatment was bespoke and even if Dr Taneja is extremely busy, I never once felt rushed during our appointments. I am so grateful to Dr Taneja for personalising my treatment, which led to great results in terms of egg collection and embryos. Dr Taneja also spotted an issue with my fallopian tubes Which was reducing our chances. We are now super happy parents of 4 weeks old twins and could not be more grateful to Dr Taneja for helping us building our family.

Dr Jyoti is amazing. My partner and I have experienced fertility issues for a number of years, initially going though the NHS for our first round of IVF. Unfortunately the NHS failed to spot that my partner had bilateral Hydrosalpinx. Subsequently we went though several rounds of IVF, using our top quality embryos which did not result in a pregnancy. The NHS round of IVF also yielded very few embryos with only two of high quality being produced. The protocol that Dr Joyti put us on however produced 7, significantly more than we had expected. Dr Jyoti, spotted the Hydrosalpinx and referred us back to the NHS for treatment. My partner subsequently had her tubes burnt and we returned to Jyoti for a FET. Due to having 4 failed transfers previously, we opted for a double embryo transfer. Dr Jyoti gave us all of the information required to make an informed decision. As a result, we now have two healthy, happy twins. Dr Joyti is exceptionally competent and is certainly the most capable professional that my partner and I met on our extensive fertility journey. I would strongly recommend Dr Joyti to other would be parents experiencing similar fertility issues, there's no one better.

Dr Jyoti Taneja was very empathetic and understanding. When we initially had some negative outcomes, she took time to explain the outcomes, our options and really cared about helping us to achieve our goals. We trusted in her expertise and she developed an individualised plan for us, and met with us at every appointment to make sure that everything was still on track. We were very happy with the care she gave us.

I will never be able to thank Dr Taneja enough for helping us get pregnant through our first round of IVF. Doing IVF for the first time can be terrifying but Dr Taneja took the fear away. She discussed all options, worked out a bespoke plan suited to us, and kept us informed throughout. I really appreciated how open and honest and adaptable the treatment plan was. I felt very supported by her throughout this process and I can't thank her enough for her dedication to helping us become parents. She is simply amazing!

Dr Jyoti really was the best person to have look after me throughout my treatment. Jyoti was very understanding about any worries I had and answered any questions with the up most professionalism but also with a caring nature. I would 100% recommend the clinic and Dr Jyoti to anyone I know.
