Dr Kumar was very friendly and took my symptoms seriously (where others hadn't). He did scans plus lots of blood tests and was then able to prescribe medication that has made a big difference to me. He also puts all of the results and notes online, which is great.

Dr Kumar takes his time to explain everything. He is clear in his responses so you can understand not like some doctors I have encountered. Very professional.

Dr. Kumar demonstrated that he is highly knowledgable and he treated me as an equal by taking the time to explain to me how the thyroid function is balanced through TSH being generated by the pituitary gland and the resultant production of the T4 and T3 thyroid hormones produced by the thyroid gland. Dr. Kumar also explained exactly what he was looking for when he undertook the physical exam and has explained why he will be sending me for further blood tests and an ultra sound scan.
