Dr Menege has a seemingly light manner that is reassuring . Her diagnostic skills and knowledge of how to treat issues presented are superb. She is an empathetic and fabulous person . I can’t recommend her more highly.

I have seen Dr du Menage on a number of occasions in the past twenty years since I first developed an intensely painful skin condition. She has frequently performed minor surgery on me (mostly using cryosurgery but sometimes with slightly more invasive procedures), advised me on which lumps & bumps were potentially dangerous and which could safely be left undisturbed, and guided me on when and how to use the many and various emollient and therapeutic topical lotions, creams and ointments that are available with and without prescription. From the very first consultation her manner was such that I felt confident, relaxed and unembarrassed even during the most intimate of examinations and treatments, and I have never had any reason to change that view of her since. She starts a session by reading my GP's referral letter, asking perceptive questions, listening carefully to what I have to say, and making sure that she understands my general state of health and how I am feeling before she carries out a full physical examination. Only after all that does she comment, treat me and advise me. Her predictions have always been accurate and her treatments have always worked. I regard her as the best doctor I could imagine. It is a privilege to be able to consult her.

Dr Menagé not only focuses on making the patient feel comfortable and safe during their consultation, but also ensures that the patient is informed on every aspect of their diagnosis. During a minor surgery to my upper back, Hélène maintained constant communication with me, informing me on every step she is taking in a calm and safe manner. The surgery itself was performed with great precision and the wound has healed very nicely. Overall, my experiences with Dr Menagé have been very postitive, and have consistently emphasised her high standards of medical care.
