Every time we have met with Dr Lloyd - from our initial consultation to follow ups - he has been welcoming, friendly, approachable, patient and knowledgeable. We have never felt rushed in our meetings with him. He has been more than willing to answer all our questions - of which there have been many - and explained things in a way in which we can understand. He has taken the time to speak to us over the telephone - in between appointments - to answer our queries and allay our concerns. His manner and approach is one of compassion, care and gentleness - which makes all the difference, during a time of such personal stress and anxiety.
