The appoitment was very clear and undersanding for us as a parent, Dr Ray was very friendly and open to answer any questions we have for her and was answering in very simple way to us.

Dr Ray was amazing with our anxious 8 year old. She addressed my daughter as well as us. She explained everything in detail, gave us total reassurance, gave us plenty of opportunity to ask questions and just had a lovely way about her. She put us all at ease and despite being obviously busy, she really took her time and we didn’t feel rushed at all. I wish all doctors were like Dr Ray!
