From the initial consultation meeting through the procedure and then being informed of the results i felt Dr. Majumdar did a great job of keeping me informed.

Lovely manner and explained things. With that said, being a private patient I would have liked the MRI results sooner as obviously I was anxious awaiting the results. I waited 10 days following the MRI to have the follow-up appointment for the results. The follow-up appointment was driven by myself due to phoning his office a couple of times to chase it. The secretary was proactive and kindly decided to book me in for a telephone call for the results.

A very big thank you to Dr Majumdar and all his team. He is a very professional, kind, calm person who explained everything clearly and answered all my questions, I was very nervous about the procedure, but the care, empathy and encouragement were seconded to none by all. Lisa his admin support was brilliant, she was extremely helpful arranging all the appointments and keeping me updated with all the info. The hospital facilities and care were outstanding too... I cannot speak highly enough of the whole of my experience! 👍
