Dr Glass was by far the best dermatologist I have seen, and there’s been a few. He has a genuine concern for how my acne made me feel. He doesn’t base his results purely on what my skin looked like, he judges it off how my confidence levels have improved too. He was very contactable to speak to if I ever had an issue and warned me of everything I was to expect with going on certain medications. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

All aspects of treatments explained thoroughly and easy to understand. Dr Glass was also available to return an adhoc call I made and has answered all my queries. Admin staff were also very helpful, approachable and efficient with any queries.

After around two years back and forth with GPs around a skin complaint, Dr Glass quickly identified the root cause and prescribed the correct medicine to resolve the issue. I should make clear that this was no mean feat given that each consultation had to be undertaken over a video call so he was never able to actually see me and the skin complaint itself in person. Throughout all consultations, he was patient, understanding and extremely informative and I would thoroughly recommend his approach, expertise and manner to all prospective patients.

An excellent experience from start to finish. I saw Dr Glass in mid June 2020 (via an online video call due to Covid-19) to discuss a skin issue that had been causing me considerable distress for several months. After being frustrated by a lack of results through the NHS I was left feeling without much hope of relief. However Dr Glass was immediately able to identify the symptoms via photos sent securely through his website. He recommended a colleague in Harley Street who took a skin biopsy, and was able to diagnose the cause through the results. Four months later I remain symptom free! Throughout Dr Glass was friendly, attentive and professional despite the video call format. His bedside manner is excellent, which in itself helped my manage my symptoms as I felt more relaxed having been properly listened to. I never felt pushed to take a course of action, and he was always careful to manage my expectations sensibly. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend him.

Dr Glass is a first-class dermatologist who swiftly found a solution to very severe eczema that had been troubling me for months, and had caused lack of sleep and a fair degree of self consciousness around my bare skin. From the start he was kind, understanding and highly professional. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I called Dr Glass as my GP was being very slow to react during Covid and I had a large nodule growing daily on my nose. Dr Glass saw the nodule, and explained immediately what he thought it was and how it needed to be biopsied immediately. He put me in touch with Professor Jain and within a week the biopsy was done, the diagnosis given and surgeries arranged. In my view and my experience I felt completely at ease and safe in the capable hands of Dr Glass and his team and I cannot thank them all enough for their professionalism, expertise and help at a time when I felt uncertain and vulnerable.
