Dr Mookanlall wasn’t our main point of contact but we did see him on occasion - he was very happy to answer our questions and made me feel very reassured

As mentioned already,Bhushan was very professional and informative throughout, responding to emails very promptly and with reassurance. His pictures he drew to try to explain clearly were much appreciated and very helpful and he was kind and caring throughout.
