Dr Ben studied our scans and photographs from my keyhole surgery before he made a plan for treatment and further tests. This was a relief to us, as our previous clinic dismissed our concerns regarding my medical history, and wanted to jump into starting an ICSI cycle without any further testing. During an HyCoSy scan by Dr Ben, a large amount of polyps were found on my cervix, which wouldn't have been found by the other clinic. I believe that this level of investigation is why City Fertility has high success rates. Dr Ben talked us through all of our test and investigation results every step of the way, and explained his thinking when he prescribed treatment. We felt confident and reassured every step of the way, thanks to the time that Dr Ben took to explain and listen to any questions or concerns we had. His experience is second to none, and his manner is empathetic and warm. He made us feel at ease.

Dr Abramov is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. He is calm and confident, but listens to concerns and ideas, explaining in language you can understand without “dumbing down” too much. He is willing to work with difficult cases and does not shy away from a challenge as long as you know the size of the challenge. He was happy to adapt the protocols as we learnt from cycle to cycle and we trusted his judgement. We never felt rushed, he always took time for us and was available outside of regular office hours when needed.
