I have to say that I was nervous when referred to a cardiologist. Dr Wasan was exactly the consultant I needed. From the first discussion, it was clear that Dr. Wasan believes in treating the person front of him, rather than "the numbers". He treated me as a fully rounded person, taking into account both the clinical findings of investigation and my personal experience. Having seen all my results, he was perfect in explaining everything in a level of detail the worked for me and was enthusiastic to discuss with me my views on how best to proceed. I felt respected, valued and a fully involved participant in my own care, informed and consulted at each step along the way.
