From the moment Dr Sultan came on the phone to me . he was kind empathetic professional informative but most of all reassuring . To be a doctor on call. that is the voice that you would want to hear at the other end of a phone when you are uncertain insecure and frightened Dr Sultan relieved all of these fears explained everything and reassured me outstanding service .

Although my consultations were by telephone, Dr Sultan was very professional and interested in me. He is easy to talk to and will explain the situation well and organise any further care or investigations.

Dr Sultan listened to my symptoms and thoroughly investigated them. I get he was invested in learning about what my symptoms could be indicating and ruling out more sinister possibilities.
