Dr Pavlidis has been my cardiology consultant for around 16 months and I have always found him to be very approachable, as well as incredibly efficient, with follow up letters sent to my General Practitioner within 24 hours of any consultation I have with him. During our consultations, Dr Pavlidis will always explain and ensure I understand my treatment plan and has changed it where necessary, after thoroughly investigating any changes in my symptoms. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dr Pavlidis.

I have six monthly follow-up appointments with GIT for oesophageal cancer. It is always by a GIT nurse. I was very pleasantly surprised that Mr Pavalidis himself telephoned me, at about 8:30 a.m. 15/1/2021 which happened to be my 86th birthday, he was the first one to greet me which I will remember always. His conversation with me was precise and to the point. I told him that I am much better than before the procedure he did and hardly had any angina. On my query he told me he has plenty of time to listen ( rare for a busy man). We discussed my daily life, exercises and medications. He is very caring, professional, confident and reassuring. I'm very satisfied with the result and he is very competent. The conversation was very reassuring and encouraging. I am sure he is satisfied with the results. He offered me the option of being followed up locally. Which I declined politely and I hope he agreed that he will follow me up himself. I wish I could have had my bypass treatment by a surgeon like him. I would gladly offer myself as a volunteer if he is doing any research. I wish him well.
