He gave us the information we needed in order to make important decisions for our future. He went above and beyond, initially providing one clinic letter summarising our appointment, then a second letter following further discussion about our case with specialist colleagues. I found Dr. Saggar to be very friendly and considerate - he seemed genuinely concerned by the problems we were having at the time. His clinical and (especially) genetic knowledge seemed outstanding, and he suggested several testing options - taking time to explain each in great detail.
