It was an outpatient appointment and cannot comment on bedside manner but we were more than satisfied with the whole interview and am certain his bedside manner would be the same.

I found Dr Allan Harkness extremely easy to talk to and very explanatory. He didn't rush me and was very patient. In response to my saying that...although he told me the actions I needed to do and how my treatment would be taken forward...it was difficult to take everything on board, he told me that he would confirm what we had discussed by letter. I haven't yet received a letter from him as it is too soon, but I feel very confident that an explanatory letter will be sent to me.
