Dr Watson made my experience very pleasant I was dreading having a tube put down my throat but he was very kind and made me feel relaxed and at ease, he talked me through the procedure of what he was going to do and also spoke to me once I came around to tell me how everything went. Dr Watson made the whole experience easier than I thought it would be and his explanation of the results was also very good. I can’t thank him enough for his reassurance during the experience.
