Very prompt, professional and informative. Not afraid to voice reservations about whether the treatment offered would work to cure the problem. There could be multiple factors contributing. Happily however, I'm delighted to report that the MAD is working an absolute treat!! Excellent service thank you. On a smaller note I would check the addresses that are given out on emails - I'm sure my documents say 77 wimpole street but it is actually 79. But I may have misread it somewhere though I could be wrong!!!!

Dr. Desai is the most informed, state of thr art specialist for mandibular devices to treat sleep apnoea I have every consulted with (having used mandibular devices at least since 2006).

Dr Desai is very experienced and I feel in good hands. She works with a wide range of manufacturers allowing me to pick the MAD which is most suitable. I can certainly recommend her to others looking for ways to mitigate snoring or sleep apnea.

I was diagnosed with mild OSA in August 2021 the treatment prescribed was the CPAP machine. I started the CPAP machine but couldn't sleep with it due different issues. In desperation I contacted the British society of sleep medicine and was then contacted by Dr Desai, from the beginning Dr Desai explained everything in great detail with my OSA and different options that are available to help with my sleep issues without using the CPAP machine. We decided start with the Excite electrical simulator which as started to help my sleep after 10 days of using the device, we also decided on a oral dental appliance which I'm waiting on delivery. I would highly recommend Dr Desai to help with your sleep issues.
