Mr BIlal Ahmad has done an outstanding ceramic dental replacement to my top and bottom teeth. During months of treatment Mr BIlal Ahmad and his assistant always made me feel comfortable. The attention to detail and getting it just right never gave my any worries. I have received many compliments from friends and acquaintances on how good my teeth look, the only drawback I now need a facelift to match perhaps at 70 it’s too late.

Had I known there’s a separate question dedicated to Dr Bilal Ahmad I would have saved my earlier response for this section; all I can say is that “I feel lucky to be one of the doctors patients, he was professional throughout, customer focused, engaging and above all ‘timing”, his mindfulness extends even to those moments when nothing can be done other than wait - this is when the doctor would ask me about my professional hobby etc in order to maintain the energy and momentum while waiting. The man is flawless and his assistant is as flawless as the doctor. It’s unheard of to be nice to dentists; but I could not help myself by giving them both a hug as a “thank you!”.

I was really nervous about a filling that needed to be done. Dr Bilal Ahmad helped me feel at ease, I couldn’t feel the needle from the anaesthetic as he was very gentle. The whole procedure went so smoothly. The filling feels great!
