He was very pleasant and down to earth and explained the situation in simple terms making it easy for us to understand. He had a lovely manner with my 86 year old mother ( whose hearing isn’t the best) and I could see that she really warmed to him.

I travelled from Co Cork by train to meet with DR Ashraf Abouharb in hopes he would explain my back problem more to me and the extent of my injury,on arrival he was delayed when I was in with him I felt he didn't take my injury seriously and asked me for the disc for my MRI witch I did not have I had all paperwork from my MRI to other doctors notes to physio notes witch he did not look at,he then asked me to touch my toes and raise my leg I said yes this is sore and he just said you will come back up for injection..I said okay but I live in cork and have young family so can it be after Christmas..for approximately 10 minutes I was in with my consultant I felt I was not taken seriously after travelling for so long I was in this comfort and I was hoping he would have explained the extent of my injury our event examined my back more but I was disappointed leave in after 10 minutes and he said I will have to come back up after been in a room for ten minutes and pay so much, when I feel I could have sent an Email of my MRI our he could a video called meeting if possible if he was just going to say after travelling so long you need to come back up for injection just disappointing I got nothing from it just discomfort travelling all day..
