Dr Diver put me completely at ease throughout the entire process. At consultation informed me on what to expect during surgery and length of recovery time. His warm and friendly manner kept me confident and relaxed during the surgery which was conducted under local anesthetic. Can't recommend Dr Diver highly enough , at consultation he throughly explained everything about the upper eyelid surgery I was considering and put me totally at ease with his warm and friendly manner which I saw extended to his nursing staff at Surgery. The surgery itself with local anesthetic was painless and Dr Diver kept me informed on what was happening during the procedure which kept me relaxed and confident. Mr Diver performed an excision biopsy for me. The procedure was quick and painless and the wound was small and very neat. He explained next steps for me, and was contactable at all times for aftercare advice. He got in contact with the results as soon as they came in. Would highly recommend!
