I was referred to Dr Albusoda by Nuffield Health Assessment Concierge Service as I was experiencing frequent left flank pain, indigestion and acid reflux. During my first consultation Dr Albusoda recommended abdominal ultrasound, gastroendoscopy and colonoscopy. I had a brief physical examination of the area where I could feel occasionally pain, and I was given written instructions regarding my diet before procedures, details of how to contact him via his secretary, possible causes of my symptoms. A letter arrived shortly to my home address with the summary of my first visit. As I had a combined gastroendoscopy and colonoscopy, I was very nervous on the day of the procedure. I was pleasantly surprised that thanks to sedation and Dr Albusoda’s professionalism I didn’t experience any pain at all during gastroendoscopy and colonoscopy. Several digestive health issues were flagged by Dr Albusoda in colonoscopy and gastroendoscopy reports, and I received copies of these reports after the procedure. I didn’t have any complications after procedures and I am looking forward to hear about biopsies results during my follow up consultation. It was also very re-assuring when Dr Albusoda visited me in my hospital en-suit before the procedure explaining what will happen next , and after the procedure to outline main findings of the procedures. Morden newly built Nuffield Health St Bartholomew’s Hospital in the City with extremely caring nurses and staff complimented to my patient’s experience. I am planning to change my lifestyle and diet after Dr Albusoda’s medical findings.
