I was diagnosed with breast cancer and referred to Mr. Khan for DIEP reconstruction. I was very nervous meeting him at The London Clinic to discuss the complex procedure. Mr. Khan's calm and confident manner put me instantly at ease. He clearly explained the stages of the procedure, the logistics of the surgery and the recovery timelines. His postoperative care has been outstanding which involves his team at The London Clinic, Ellie and Lorraine, who are exemplary. In my opinion, my surgical results are near perfection, I am grateful to have entrusted Mr Khan and his team at The London Clinic.

From the first appointment with Mr Aadil Khan, he was quietly reassuring, he explained the procedure fully and simply. I had an immediate diep flap reconstruction following the diagnosis of breast cancer. He was patient and extremely calm throughout. The result of my surgery is phenomenal, the scars are minimal and healing very quickly, I also suffered no pain. Mr Khan is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ plastic surgeon I would strongly recommend him. I had a DIEP flap immediate breast reconstruction with Mr Khan 11 months ago.  His work was truly excellent - my scars were clean and healed fast and have now almost disappeared. Doctors and nurses who saw my scars were amazed and told me how lucky I was to have such skillful surgeon. I would also like to mention Mr Khan is a man of integrity - honest, caring, warm and full of empathy.  He listened to me patiently and kindly answered any questions I had even embarrassingly basic ones. I recently underwent a breast surgery and I couldn't be more delighted with the results. Mr. Khan is truly a brilliant and compassionate surgeon. From our initial consultation, he took the time to explain the potential outcomes of the surgery and addressed any concerns I had. He provided me with honest information about what could be achieved and what limitations existed. His transparency and straightforwardness allowed me to make an informed decision and set realistic expectations. I highly recommend Mr. Khan as a surgeon. Also, I had a previous negative experience on the same street, which made me apprehensive. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the care I received at this clinic. Despite my tendency to overthink and call for matters outside of her work schedule, Lorraine was always there for me with unwavering support and guidance. Mr Khan inspires confidence and is also very kind; I felt well looked-after. He visited me on a number of occasions while I was recovering in hospital and I felt confident that he could deal with any problems that might arise - however, none did.

I was introduced to Dr Khan for a DIEP flap reconstruction after a breast cancer diagnosis. This period of time was very disturbing but Dr Khan carefully explained the procedure and answered all my questions during the different appointments. I felt reassured and in good hands. He is very professional, attentive and friendly. Meticulous, he wants the best anaesthetic results and I have to say that I am very happy with the outcome already after phase one. I feel very grateful. Preoperative care and postoperative follow-up by him and his team at The London Clinic have been outstanding. This procedure requires another surgery in a few months to finish the reconstruction and fine-tune cosmetic results but as phase one outcome is very good, the second surgery should be quick and smooth. Dr Khan is probably one of the best microsurgeon/DIEP flap specialist in London. I highly recommend him.

I came to Mr Khan after a failed journey with other surgeons, and although a lengthy journey with Mr Khan was had, it was worth every single second of time, energy, travel, and cost. It was a 12 hour round journey every time I saw Mr Khan, but every progressive step left me more confident and excited for my procedure. In this experience I discovered the large difference between a plastic surgeon, and a reconstruction surgeon and the outcome of my surgery also enhances that difference. Mr Khan’s knowledge and professionalism is some what rare to come across and I was blessed he took my case on and gave it his all. I was prepared (as anyone should be having surgery) for imperfection, but Mr Khan has excelled and in this case, nothing could have been done more better or more perfectly.
