Very happy with the overall experience. Excellent medical staff, at all levels, and the care around my operation was exemplary. The only slight hiccups were on the administrative side - difficulty in contacting Me Grogan's secretary and one rescheduled appointment which I didn't receive notification of (this apparently happened to other patients as well). All staff I encountered at the clinic were friendly and professional.

The whole experience has been profoundly positive. Everyone is friendly, attentive, professional and reassuring. The results of my operation could not have been better, and I'm sure the really special atmosphere helped in that process.

ALL the staff at the Yorkshire clinic are a total credit to there professions . I was made to feel so cared for from walking in on every visit to walking out .. I couldn't praise all the staff any more
