Too many preliminary telephone calls, some of them contradictory Admissions procedure needs some attention

Received outstanding treatment. An MRI on Thursday and a spinal surgeon and full team rustled up by the hospital for an operation on Good Friday. Almost impossible to put into words my gratitude for the outstanding care and treatment I received. Every single member of staff I encountered were nothing less than helpful and supportive.
