The Royal Marsden Fulham Road Everyone that I came into contact with, reception, outpatients clinics, the operating theatre and the ward could not have been more friendly, kind and helpful. Time was given to explain what was to be done, what I could expect afterwards and the various help and support available. Cleaning was taking place all the time and refreshments were good. Could not have expected anything more.

Without doubt the best hospital I have been to. All the staff are friendly , attentive and polite regardless of how busy they are and they all seem very happy to be working at the Royal Marsden which is nice !. The cleanliness of the Hospital was outstanding and every effort is made to make you feel comfortable and as relaxed as possible during your operation and subsequent stay.

The Staff were extremely welcoming, diligent, attentive but not intrusive. Given the circumstances I could not have wished for better care.

As always, I found all staff, doctors and assistants to be in the most relaxed and cheerful mode. The atmosphere at the Rmh is always, my opinion, wonderful.

I have received most of my treatment at the Chelsea branch of The Royal Marsden, which has surpassed all of my expectations. Whilst the hospitals are world-class in their treatment, it is the level of care that truly makes them stand out from other hospitals.
