I have already had one hip replaced with this team & had such a good experience first time that I wanted to use them for my other hip replacement. As before they were an excellent team who provided me with all the support I needed for my hip replacement.

I had a perfect experience for my full hip replacement (left). From check-in throughout my stay to discharge I was treated with dignity and respect by staff who were friendly cheerful, extremely knowledgeable and at the top of their profession.

Mr William Bartlett and his team are extremely nice, efficient and caring. They are patient and understanding and give you the consultation time you need. They also take the time to answer your phone calls (or call you back) to give you the answers to any further queries you might have. This support and their expertise and their track record fill you with confidence. I feel good about the operation that I am about to have, or at least as good as one can ever feel about having surgery! At 30 Devonshire Street I had MRI scans - Simon and Barbie (not sure of spelling), Shirin (nurse, pre-op assessment), Oliver (pre-op physiotherapy chat. They were all very comforting, professional and kind as was the CT staff member (Mark, I think, but by all means check my details for who carried out the procedure on me) at 41 Welbeck Street. I would highly recommend them all. We had very nice conversations and they kept everything light but professional which helped reduce any potential stress.

I was greeted and settled, when arriving at The London Hip Unit. I was given the clip board to check my details and the updates were done effectively and efficiently. Contact with the administrative personnel was most pleasant and they were most helpful. The process of having my X-rays and consultation was very smooth and in a most pleasing and appropriate environment. I had a very positive experience at The London Hip Unit. Many thanks.

I was addressed to the hip unit, Dr Lewis, by my Gp. I felt he was very prepared and indeed all the process up to my surgery was smooth and very professional. No pushy, I was feeling that my heath was the most important thing.
