I emailed for a repeat prescription on Monday - chased on Wednesday given no response - promised return call later that day - nothing. Called Thursday explaining now urgent as going away Friday 11am. Promised return call. Nothing. Emailed (twice) further saying I was leaving at 11am Friday and still had nothing. EmailEd finally at 13.00 on Friday, to apologise and say ‘it will be processed this afternoon’. Too late - had already departed without my medication. Similar has happened with both my son and daughter with repeat prescription requests over the last few, admittedly challenging, months. But communication appalling.
