On time and friendly

Great hospital

The Holly were fantastic.

The staff at the main desk saw us straight away and pointed us to Paediatrics. When we arrived at the second reception desk there were three ladies on the computer and we had to wait 5mins before being called forward. On the screen wait times were being shown as ‘on time’. But we were seen after 20mins. Nothing like the NHS but being private I would expect better.

Staff are very friendly and always good atmosphere.

I found the process from arranging appointments and tests to be very thorough
