Staff were slightly rude - one was scruffy, wearing trainers and speaking informally to staff and patients. Other staff were openly discussing weekend plans, loudly joking, using bad language, etc. Wait time was over half and hour and no one informed or kept me up to date. Doctor was very good.

Fingers crossed that the machine part of the process worked well, because the human part didn’t give me much confidence.
