Miss Sampson and her colleagues were very helpful and supportive. I felt very well looked after. Any questions or issues were dealt with very quickly.

I went in for reflux/ hernia repair surgery. Very fast turn around from first appointment with my consultant to operation.

Very good. Friendly service, organised, clean with excellent Covid measures in place.

From being met at the door in the morning of my surgery by Jan, to chatting with the Theatre Manager who distracted me with small talk as she could see I was nervous, to the catering staff bringing up tins of soup to check the ingredients were gluten free, to being discharged in the evening and walked out to the car. The service and professionalism of everyone I met along the way was first class and I couldn't find fault in any area.

The whole end to end process from initial consultation to post op and after care was exceptional.

In the circumstances (COVID) I thought it was very good. Quick turn around from consultation to procedure. Hotel services need a fair bit of work - thankfully I was in and out in a day. Having had a day procedure in another local private hospital I was really wasn't impressed.
