Great apart from 3.5 hr wait

Brilliant service

The ward staff and nursing team were all welcoming and friendly, understanding that my daughter was anxious and although at 18 an adult, still needing help and support from me and the team.

Very happy with my stay at the Sulis hospital. Everyone was incredibly kind and my every need was met pre & post op. Amazing staff!!

Very very welcoming! Ladies on reception are very smiley, happy, polite and helpful. The consultant seen was very informative, helpful, happy. Made me feel at ease straight away considering I have severe anxiety, it was so nice to feel anxiety free soon as she came over and called me in. Very lovely and kind staff. Consultant seen was also very polite and very thorough. What an absolute pleasure it was!!! Thank you for the wonderful service provided here!!!

A very clean Hospital with Friendly and Helpful Staff

The hospital itself is very pleasant, clean and seems weak equipped. I was admitted for a endovenous ablation on 17/02. During my pre op assessment, I was greeted by an unpleasant, somewhat arrogant and rude nurse. I suffer from anxiety and she made me feel quite unwelcome and this worsened my condition. Perhaps she didn’t like foreign people (I’m from Brazil but also hold British citizenship). She then later met me again and was more pleasant. After going through what sounded like an “interrogation”, I was then referred to a very nice, friendly and warm Polish nurse called Wioleta, who took me to the op theatre and managed to distract me and calm me down. She was very empathic and welcoming. The consultant, Mr Mahesh Pai, was very professional, competent and knowledgeable so I felt confident and safe with him. Excluding the unpleasant experience I had right at the beginning of my brief stay, my overall experience was good. I recommend Sulis hospital Bath.
